WE ARE CLOSED FROM FRIDAY 25TH AUGUST-TUESDAY 29TH AUGUST ALL ORDERS AND EMAILS WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN WE RETURN TUESDAY THANKS X

Most orders are sent within 1-3 working days but sometimes we may need to make more stock and orders may take a few extra days to be processed. Please order early if needed for a specific date.

We are a small business and work as fast as possible.

If your order says complete it means it has been fully sent (not that is have been received on the other end) please check your tracking number for the status of your order before contacting us, thank you guys x

We get every order out as soon as possible Royal Mail take 1-3 working days to deliver. When your order has been sent your tracking number will be available on your account please use this on the royal mail website to track your order.


All orders are sent 1st Class recorded so will need a signature on delivery, if you are not at home when delivery is attempted your item will be taken to your local sorting office and you will have to rearrange a delivery or collect it.


If your item is not collected or redelivered within 18 calendar days it will be returned to us and you will then have the option to pay a £3 redelivery charge or have the order refunded minus the postage as we have already had to pay this out.

If you order over £25 you can use the code FREEPOST for free shipping, this has to be applied when checking out before paying to be valid, we can't apply if after you have ordered.


We are currently changing our next day service so it unavailable at the minute.

International


We have 2 options for international, standard or tracked-
❤£4 Standard (no tracking) 5-7 working days
❤£9.50 Tracked & signed, 5-7 working days
❤Free tracked & signed shipping for orders over £80


Most orders are sent within 48 hours of ordering, Sent tracked and take 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

Returns


If you are not happy with your jewellery please let us know, orders can be returned within 14 days unless your order is customised. Customised items cannot be returned.

Pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

You must use the function in your account to request a return, any items returned without approval will not be allowed, its really easy and if you have any problems just drop us an email at hello@sourcherry.co.uk or use the live chat to talk to us.

Returns are a customer’s responsibility; we are only a tiny business and can't offer free returns at the minute. 


 

F.A.Q's



 

What are your chains/earrings made from

 

Our chains and earrings are silver plated or gold plated. We do not use sterling silver or 14ct Gold yet, we are working to find a reliable supplier of good quality sterling silver at an affordable price. The metal we use is low nickel (most is now nickel free) and completely lead free.

 

How long will my order take to come?

 

It takes us 24-48 to process orders at the minuet.

 

We ship 1st Class recorded.

 

Royal mail UK orders take 1-3 working days from your despatch email. International customers will depend on the location but 2 weeks max.



 



My Order hasn't arrived

 


You can check the status of your order online when it has been shipped the tracking number will be sent to you on an email and added to your account, you can use this to on the royal mail website.
If your order was dispatched more than 5 working days ago (don't count the weekends) and your in the UK then send us an email through your account and we will find out what has happened. International customers should wait 14 working days for there order to arrive before contacting us.

 

How will my order arrive

 

We ship all our orders in boxes to keep them protected.

 

We wrap them in gift wrap, this is not gift wrap that you have paid for we do it to all orders.

 

We do this is so its like a nice gift for you to open and also for security (stops them being opened before it gets to you, because you'd totally notice if someone had opened your present and then tried to tape it up!) If you think your order has been tampered with take photos and emil us at hello@sourcherry.co.uk so we can pass it on to the relevant delivery company.

 

We design our own wrapping paper and we are always changing it, it will always have our return address on it (it has to incase them is any problem) if you are ordering for a special person in your household and don't want them to know we suggest having it delivered to a workplace/parents/friends house as we cannot send orders out without a return address on sorry. 


My order is a gift

 

If you are ordering to send straight to the lucky person then don’t worry we only include a packaging slip with no prices on.
We send everything out in organza bags but if you would like gift wrap it is £2 per items for a recycled pink box that we hand stamp with our logo in silver ink. You can purchase this at checkout. If you put a note on your order asking for gift wrap but haven't purchased a box your order will be sent in organza bags.
