Returns & Refunds
Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned to us within 14 days of your delivery date.
Items must be returned in an unworn and saleable condition, in their original packaging or equivalent. Please note that any items tampered with will not be eligible for return, even if initially faulty. Once an item has been 'self-repaired,' we can no longer accept it for return. If you have a problem, please email us.
Items returned in bubble bags or envelopes will not be accepted. We send everything in boxes, and they must be returned in those or similar boxes to avoid damage.
DPD or Special Delivery fees are not refundable on returns.
If we make a custom item for you, it cannot be returned.
Please email us at orderinfo@sourcherry.co.uk to arrange a return. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. As we are a small business, please be aware that it may take up to a week for returns to be processed.
Please note that items purchased in-store must be returned to the store. We do not accept online returns for items purchased in-store.
