Shipping policy

We process and ship orders Monday to Saturday in our retail stores. Please leave a note on your order if you would like the price covering for a gift.

Processing time is 1-2 working days, depending on demand.

We pick and pack orders throughout the day. Royal Mail orders are shipped the next morning.

A signature will be required for all deliveries.

International

International Shipping is a flat rate of £10

For tracked and signed delivery with Royal Mail

 

Due to the new GSPR, we will no longer be able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland from 11 December 2024. We're looking into how to comply with all the new regulations, but for the time being, we have no option but to suspend shipping to avoid fines and legal action from the EU. 

We do not ship to Russia, or Dubai due to customs problems. If you would like to order to any of these countries, please contact us for a courier quote, this will be a lot higher cost than regular postage.

Please note parcels may incur customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Timings

We ship orders as fast as we can, usually within 1-2 working day, but please note we are a small business and during busy times it may take us longer. DPD delivery does not speed up our processing time.

• Please note we pack orders throughout the day, depending on volume it may take a 1-2 working days to be picked and packed and collected.
  

Please make sure your address and email address are correct when ordering so we can make sure you get your order and contact you if there is a problem. If you give us the wrong address or an incomplete address, we will not be responsible if your order is delayed.

Gift cards are online products and do not need shipping you'll receive them in an email. They cannot be used towards free shipping discounts if purchased with other items.

• A signature is required on delivery.
• If you are not home when your delivery person tries to deliver your item, it will be returned to the depot and you will need to arrange a delivery
  
• If your order can't be delivered and your order is returned to us, then we will contact you and you will need to pay an additional shipping fee even if your order was sent free in the first place. We cannot afford to reship for free. 

We do not include an invoice in your order just a packaging slip that doesn't contain price information but we do ship from our shop. Items are pulled from the shop floor with price tags on. If you don't want the price on any items (like if you are shipping straight to the recipient) please let us know in the order comments when ordering NOT in an email after, we might not see it in time.

 

Collection

You can order for collection from either our Manchester or Leeds shop, you can select which one shop you'd like to collect from at checkout. You have 30 days to collect your order once marked as ready to collect.
